Instruction Automatic Signature:
In this Blog you will learn how to create an automatic signature or edit an automatic signature. follow the following steps or watch the youtube video linked at the bottom of this post
1. Open Outlook and click on “File”.
2. Click on “Options” .
3. Click on “Email”.
4. Click on “Signatures”.
5. Click on “New”.
6. Fill it in (“type your custom signature here”) and click on “OK”.
7. Select “(Your chosen name for the signature)”.
8. Go back to the start of outlook (inbox). Click on “New e-mail”.
9. Click on “Signatures”. And then select “(Your Signature Name)”.
Result:
The e-mail signature now has been made. If it didn’t work redo the instruction from step 1.
